Unwind and reconnect at the end of your day with this calming journal practice. Whether your day was joyful or challenging, this ritual will help you reflect, release, and prepare for rest. With six journal prompts, I’ll guide you to reflect on your day, express gratitude, and notice anything that may be holding you back. This is your space for self-reflection - meeting and embracing your true self. If it feels okay, there's also an invitation to notice how you feel in your physical body as you write. Grab a journal, a pen, set up your space and get super comfortable. If you’d like to spend more time on any prompt, feel free to pause and return when you’re ready. This is a practice I have used in my own life for many years. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do. I'd love to hear how it resonates and any prompts you've added into your own ritual.
