
Come Home To Your Body: Healing & Grounding Affirmations
This is a gentle and restful 15-minute practice inspired by a live session we explored together - weaving body-based affirmations with grounding and centering practices. My guidance offers a series of affirmations designed to support you in feeling more and more at home in your body. Sprinkled throughout are somatic invitations and gentle cues to help you embody the affirmations - to integrate them through breath, awareness, and movement. You’re invited to explore and play. There’s no right or wrong way to do this practice - you can move, lie down, sit, or stand - whatever feels most supportive. The practice can meet you at any time of day or night, in any shape that you like. It may be something to return to whenever you wish to offer your body gentleness and kindness.
