Hello everybody and welcome back to the Connect and Evolve Breathwork Mastery Course.
So,
We are still on our breathwork exercises that help to relax the body.
They're practical,
They're tangible,
You can use them almost at any time.
And so,
In this next breath technique,
You're going to really be able to utilize this anywhere.
Besides driving the car,
Because it can get a little weird,
It can get a little trippy,
And that is from the retention and holding the breath.
And so how we do this particular breathwork exercise,
I call it a full fill.
Right full fill it's a full fill and this is whenever we blow our breath out I'm gonna do a big inhale.
And then we take more gasps in.
Really stretching the lungs.
Okay,
So we're really taking the big inhale,
Belly,
Chest,
Head,
And work.
Even filling it up more,
More,
More,
More,
More.
We're going to hold it for 10 seconds and then we're going to ujjayi breath out of the nose.
This is a quick way to really get into the present,
Really tap into your awareness,
Tap into the self and get away from all of the mind chatter and all of the craziness around you.
Okay,
So try it with me.
Again,
We're going to blow the breath out.
We're going to take a big inhale.
Take more gasps.
To fill all the way up.
We're gonna hold it for 10 seconds,
And then we're gonna ujjayi breath out the nose,
Okay?
All right,
Let's do it.
So,
Full exhale.
Big inhale.
Gasp.
Ah,
Just like that guys.
So I highly suggest either laying down or sitting down during this breathwork exercise in a safe space where you either have a mat or pillows around you.
So just in case you might pass out,
You can hit a mat or pillow.
Okay guys,
Try this breathwork exercise for a few moments after this video.
See if it resonates with you.
This one's a quick one you can utilize anytime and I'll see you in the next video.
Namaste.
