Become aware of any sensations in your scalp.
Let go of resistance.

I want you to imagine my hands are gently placed on the top of your head.
Scrape your head for a moment.
As you soften to this experience.
Using your own inner imagination.
Feel the sensations of my hands.
Beginning to massage your head.
Feel the sounds.
Feel the pressure of my fingers.
Give yourself the permission to relax.

Feel the sensations in your scalp.
So start to massage your head now with intensity but very very slowly.
