Hello and welcome.

To get started,

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.

With each inhale,

Invite a sense of ease.

With each exhale,

Let go of tension.

This is your time,

Your space to reconnect with your worth and quiet the anxious voice that doubts your brilliance.

Begin by bringing awareness to your breath.

Notice the natural rhythm without trying to change it.

If your mind wanders,

Gently return to the sensation of your breath.

Feel the support beneath you,

Knowing that you're safe,

Supported,

And whole in this moment.

Now,

Bring to mind the part of you that feels uncertain,

The part that whispers self-doubt.

And instead of pushing it away,

Take a moment just to notice it.

See if you can sense where it lives in your body.

Maybe it's a tightness in your chest,

A flutter in your stomach,

Or a tension in your shoulders.

As you notice this part,

Offer it kindness.

You might even want to say internally,

I see you.

I know you're trying to protect me.

This part is not all of you.

It's just one voice among the many,

And it does not define you.

Now,

Let's invite in another voice,

The voice of confidence,

Compassion,

And truth.

Picture a wise,

Supportive presence with you.

This could be your highest self,

A guide,

Or simply a feeling of warmth and reassurance.

Let this part speak to you.

Repeat these affirmations either silently or out loud.

I am enough just as I am.

I choose to believe in myself.

My anxious voice is not my truth.

With each affirmation,

Feel its truth settle into your being.

Allow it to sink deeper with every breath.

If the anxious voice speaks up again,

Acknowledge it gently.

You might say,

I hear you,

And I understand why you're here.

I choose to trust in myself today.

Imagine giving this part of you a comforting embrace,

Letting it know that you are in charge,

And it could take some time off for right now.

It may pop back up again,

Trying to protect you or keep you safe throughout the day.

Continue to turn to it,

Embrace it,

Let it know that you hear it,

And that you can be trusted today.

Take in a few final breaths,

Feeling the support of the ground beneath you.

In this moment,

There is nothing else that you need to do,

Nowhere else that you need to go,

And no one else that you need to be.

When you're ready,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Roll your shoulders down,

And bring yourself back to the present.

Feel the weight of your body in its seat.

Carry this sense of self-acceptance with you into the rest of your day.

You are enough.

You are amazing,

Just as you are.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and take in your surroundings.

Thank you so much for joining me today for this self-esteem meditation.

Take care.
