My name is Bailey and I am a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher and sound healer and I create distance Reiki sessions for people who are struggling with stress,
Anxiety,
Overwhelm,
Or who are on a healing journey.
I invite you to go ahead and find a comfortable place to receive this session.
Or you can listen to this in the background while you are going about your day.
But ideally,
The best time to work with reprogramming our subconscious mind is either during the morning,
Just as we wake up,
Or in the evening as we are going to sleep.
Because our body is in that natural alpha-theta state of brainwaves,
Which is when we are most receptive to reprogramming our subconscious mind.
Fortunately,
Reiki and sound healing both help guide us into that alpha-theta state as well.
So if you are listening to this session outside of the morning or the evening,
They will help you with reaching that state as well.
So I recommend just getting as comfortable as possible.
And once you are all settled in.
I invite you to begin to focus on your breath.
Inhaling deeply into your lungs.
Gently exhaling all of the air out.
And maybe it will feel nice to place a hand on your heart and your abdomen.
And just feel as your body rises and falls with each deep inhale and exhale.
And if you have a particular intention for our session today,
I invite you to set that now.
And you can follow along with me as I say the affirmation.
You can repeat it after me out loud or in your mind.
Or you can just relax and let the affirmations wash over you.
