Hello and welcome!
My name is Bailey and this is a Reiki experience where I will guide you into a meditative state and the Reiki energy will come bring you whatever is in your highest good and healing.
In this session we are going to be going to your healing sanctuary so I invite you to take a few moments to settle in,
Find a comfortable place to relax and receive this session.
Reiki helps to relax the nervous system taking us out of that fight or flight state and helps us go into the relaxed state where our body can naturally heal itself.
So once you are settled in,
I invite you to focus on your breath,
Taking some nice deep inhales,
Filling your lungs with air,
And then gently exhaling,
Releasing any tension you may be holding on to.
And if you haven't already closed down your eyes,
I invite you to do so now.
While you continue to breathe deeply,
Allowing each breath to wash over you with a sense of peace and calm.
And every exhale you feel yourself becoming more relaxed and more supported by that surface beneath you.
And I invite you to now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a lush and vibrant forest.
The sun filters through the leaves,
Casting a warm golden light on the forest floor.
As you take your first step onto the soft earth,
You feel a sense of peace wash over you,
Knowing that this is a place of healing and restoration.
As you walk along the path,
You hear the gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze,
The soft chirping of birds,
And the distant sound of a babbling brook.
Each step brings you deeper into the forest,
Where the air is fresh and filled with the scent of pine and earth.
You feel the coolness of the shade and notice the rich colors of the plants and flowers that are around you,
Each one vibrant and full of life.
In the distance,
You see a small clearing bathed in sunlight.
As you approach,
You notice a beautiful,
Serene sanctuary created just for you.
It is a small,
Cozy clearing surrounded by tall trees with soft moss underfoot and a gentle stream flowing nearby.
A sense of safety and comfort fills you as you enter this sacred space.
I invite you to take a few moments to explore your sanctuary.
Perhaps you find a comfortable spot to lie down,
Or maybe you're drawn to sit by the stream where you can dip your fingers into the cool,
Healing water.
As you settle into your sanctuary,
Feel the energy of the forest surrounding you.
As the energy of Reiki begins to flow into your body,
I invite you to focus on any area of your body,
Mind,
Or spirit where you feel you need healing,
Or you'd like to release tension or discomfort.
You may feel a sense of relief,
A sense of calm,
A sense of peace,
A sense of security,
A sense of security and a sense of peace.
And I invite you to bask in the energy as it comes to you now,
Bringing whatever is in your highest good and healing.
When you are ready,
I invite you to take another deep breath in,
Filling yourself with the energy of the forest.
And as you exhale,
Gently begin to bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.
Taking your time to come back into your space.
Know that you can return to this healing sanctuary in the forest whenever you need to,
And that the peace and restoration you've found here will stay with you as you go about your day.
And when you are ready,
You can gently open your eyes,
Gently open your eyes,
Bringing with you that sense of calm,
Balance,
And well-being.
You can take a few moments to stretch or move your body,
And just coming back into the space that surrounds you in your own time.
And I invite you to return to this Reiki experience any time that you'd like.
The more Reiki we have in our lives,
The better,
