Hello and welcome.
My name is Bailey and I am a nurse practitioner turned Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Healer and I create sessions to help people who are struggling with stress,
Anxiety,
Or overwhelm or who are on a physical healing journey.
In our session today I'm going to be guiding you through a yoga nidra and distance Reiki healing practice to really help release any feelings of overwhelm or anxiety.
So I invite you to go ahead and find your nice comfortable place to relax and receive this session.
Ideally your bed with your pillow and your blanket.
If you'd like to use bolsters or pillows maybe under your knees to help support your lower back,
You're more than welcome to bring those into the practice today.
So just take a few moments to get yourself nice and settled and when you're ready I invite you to gently close down your eyes and begin to focus on your breath and I'm going to begin sending you distance Reiki now as I guide you through your yoga nidra practice today.
I invite you to allow your body to feel heavy and supported by the surface beneath you.
With each inhale invite a sense of calm and with each exhale let go of any tension or worry from your body and I invite you to set a gentle intention for your practice today.
Focusing on your heart space and placing that intention in your heart space.
Perhaps it is I allow myself to fully relax and feel safe or I welcome peace and ease into my body and mind.
Whatever you feel called to do is right for you.
Now gently bring your awareness to different parts of the body inviting each area to soften and relax.
Bring your awareness to the crown of your head,
Soften the forehead,
Relax the space between your eyebrows,
Relax your jaw,
Throat and shoulders,
Allowing them to melt in to the surface beneath you.
Soften your arms,
Hands and fingertips letting your hands and fingers unfurl if they're clenched in fists.
Release any tension in your chest or abdomen allowing your breath to flow freely.
Relax the hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees and calves,
Softening your feet and toes letting go completely,
Allowing your whole body to feel heavy and deeply at peace and ease.
Bring your attention to the gentle rise and fall of your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm without trying to change it.
Imagine your breath flowing in and out like gentle waves.
With each inhale breathe in calm and with each exhale release tension.
Inhaling calm and exhaling tension.
Inhaling calm and exhaling tension.
Now I want you to imagine yourself lying in a beautiful meadow surrounded by soft golden light.
Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and the gentle breeze blowing across your face and the earth beneath you feel safe and grounding.
With each breath feel yourself sinking deeper into the earth feeling fully supported and held.
As you feel this golden light flow through your entire body bringing healing and peace to every cell.
Feeling the energy swirl through in and around your body letting it release what is no longer serving you and gently bring you whatever is in your highest good.
Connecting with this beautiful golden light as it fills you with a sense of deep peace and full body relaxation.
Letting go of what is no longer serving you.
Letting it go.
Letting it go.
Letting it go.
And filling its space with this beautiful golden light as it fills up your whole body from head to toe.
Illuminating every cell in your body.
Filling you with peace and feeling light and at ease in this moment.
And I invite you to silently repeat these affirmations to yourself.
Allowing them to sink deeply into your subconscious mind.
I am safe.
I am grounded.
I allow myself to fully relax.
I allow myself to fully let go.
My nervous system is calm.
My nervous system is at peace.
I am held and supported by the earth beneath me.
I am safe.
I am grounded.
I allow myself to fully relax.
I allow myself to fully let go.
My nervous system is calm.
My nervous system is at peace.
I am held and supported by the earth.
I am at peace.

I am at peace.
And I invite you to bask in the Reiki energy as it brings you whatever is in your highest good and connect to the sound healing frequencies.
Slowly and gently begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Taking a few deep inhales and exhales.
Grounding yourself back into the present moment and your physical body.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes and know that you will carry this sense of peace with you through the rest of your day.
