Fall to sleep quickly and stay asleep with this relaxing two-hour experience blending Yoga Nidra, Reiki energy, and my sound healing music designed to nourish the body, mind, and spirit. This practice gently activates the vagus nerve. When activated, the vagus nerve slows the heart rate, deepens the breath, and guides you into the parasympathetic “rest and restore” state of the nervous system, creating the perfect state for deep sleep. You’ll be guided through a 30-minute Reiki-infused Yoga Nidra practice to release the day and prepare the body for sleep. The accompanying music is infused with 0.5 Hz Delta binaural beats to gently slow the brainwaves into the sleep state and the 432 Hz grounding frequency, known to help soften and heal the body, especially the heart center.
