Hello and welcome.
My name is Bailey Barber,
Nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher,
Sound healer,
And yoga teacher.
Thank you for being here with me tonight.
This space is for you,
To support you in deep rest,
Full body healing,
And nervous system restoration.
I am wishing you sweet dreams.
And deep rest tonight.
In our session tonight,
We are supporting the vagus nerve and inviting the entire nervous system into a state of deep calm,
Balance,
And restoration.
This practice is a space where your body can begin to feel safe enough to let go.
Safe enough to soften and safe enough to deeply rest.
There is nothing you need to do right now.
Nothing you need to solve.
You are allowed to simply be here.
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Allowing the whole body to relax into support.
Let the shoulders drop.
Let the hands soften.
The muscles around the eyes release.
And when you're ready,
Gently close down your eyes.
And notice the breath.
Just observing it naturally.
The inhale arriving.
The exhale leaving the belly.
No effort.
No control.
And slowly now.
Begin to deepen the breath.
Inhale gently through the nose filling the belly completely.
Then the ribs.
Then the chest.
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
Long off.
And easy.
Again,
Breathing in calm.
Breathing in safety.
Breathing out stress.
Breathing out tension.
Continue the breath at your own pace.
Allowing the breath to become smooth and soothing.
Each inhale.
Creating more space within the body.
Each exhale.
Helping the nervous system settle.
Feel the vagus nerve responding to the slow rhythm of the breath.
Helping the body move into relaxation.
Into stillness.
Into healing.
The body no longer needs to stay alert.
You are safe here.
Safe to rest.
Safe to soften.
Safe to receive support.
Feel the whole body sinking down.
Heavy.
Relax.
Held.
Now gently bring your awareness to your heart center.
The quiet place of wisdom within you.
This is where we place your Sancalpa.
Your inner intention.
Of feeling.
A truth.
A gentle remembering.
Ask yourself softly.
What does my body need most tonight?
What would feel calming and supportive?
Perhaps your intention is peace.
Safety.
Healing or trust.
Allow the words to come simply.
And when your sankalpa feels clear.
Repeat it silently three times.
Slowly with softness.
Intention.
You repeat these words.
Feel them settling deep into the body.
Into the breath.
Into the nervous system.
Into the heart.
Your body already knows how to heal.
And what it means.
This practice is simply helping you remember.
And now I want to share a message from my angelic guide team who calls themselves Andromeda.
I connected with these beautiful beings of light through angelic Reiki and they have a message of light for you now.
Dear one,
As you rest here tonight in your bed,
Let the light shining down into your heart.
Fill it with love and peace.
This love and peace is where you are from.
The light is your connection to that place.
To that state of being that resides within you at all times.
Connecting with your light is what will give you access to that love and peace.
We are always here for you to help you connect with the light within.
In love and light we leave you.
As these words continue to settle gently into your subconscious,
I am going to start sending you distance Reiki now.
So I invite you to begin to shift your awareness inwards.
You may sense warmth.
Softness.
A subtle presence.
Or perhaps simply a feeling of quiet awareness.
This Reiki energy is not something outside of you.
It is something your body already remembers.
Natural connection to this universal life force energy.
A gentle intelligence.
Moving where it is needed.
There is nothing you need to do.
Nothing you need to force.
Simply notice.
Bringing your awareness now to the crown of your head.
Resting your attention here softly.
Not searching for sensation.
Just allowing yourself to feel whatever is present.
