In this session today,
We are going to be doing a full body distance Reiki session,
And I'm also including affirmations to help you begin to reprogram any limiting subconscious beliefs you may have.
Affirmations are a very powerful tool that we can use to help to reprogram our subconscious mind,
Which is basically the computer that is running in the background of our lives.
And any events that we have in our lives or beliefs that we've picked up along the way or past traumas can create a not so positive narrative for ourselves in our subconscious mind.
So reprogramming and using affirmations is a really powerful tool that we can use to help ourselves and really help ourselves be able to manage stress and anxiety and help ourselves progress on our healing journey and our overall development in life.
So I invite you to find a comfortable place to relax and receive this session,
Ideally your bed or your sofa,
And just get yourself as comfortable as possible because your body is most receptive to receiving affirmations when it is really relaxed and in a really deep state of relaxation.
So once you are settled in,
I invite you to start to focus on your breath,
Taking some nice,
Deep inhales and exhales.
Just allowing your body to settle in to this present moment.
And if you haven't already done so,
I invite you to now close down your eyes.
And you can set the intention to receive this Reiki session and these affirmations,
Asking this session to bring you whatever is in your highest good and healing.
And you can repeat these affirmations out loud after me,
Or you can just simply let them wash over you and absorb them into your subconscious.
So I invite you to continue to focus on your breath as I begin sending you distance Reiki.
You can just feel the energy wash over you as you listen to the affirmations and the sound healing music.
I am worthy of love,
Happiness,

I am calm,
Centered,
And at peace.
I am confident in my abilities and trust myself completely.
I am open to receiving abundance in all areas of my life.

Grounding yourself back into the present moment and gently coming back into your physical surroundings.

Maybe wiggling your fingers or toes,
Or maybe you feel like having a nice big stretch or a yawn and just express some gratitude for yourself for taking this time for your self-care practice.
It's so important and so beautiful that you have taken this time for yourself.
