In our session today,

I'm gonna be combining Distance Reiki with my Alpha Theta Frequency Sound Healing Music and positive affirmations to really help you start the day from a place of peace and calm and also help to reprogram your subconscious beliefs and thoughts that may be keeping you stuck.

So I invite you to find a comfortable place to relax and receive this session.

Maybe you're still in bed and that is a perfect place to receive this session or maybe you're listening to this in the morning as you have your tea or coffee or getting ready for your day.

But ideally a place where you can really relax and receive because when we combine Reiki and the Alpha Theta Frequency Music,

It really puts our body in a state for our subconscious mind to receive these affirmations on a deep level.

So if you can really tap into those states,

Which is on the relaxed side of the scale,

That would be amazing.

But you are welcome to listen to this anytime as well.

So just beginning to settle in and start to focus on your breath,

Inhaling deeply and gently exhaling all of the air out from your lungs.

And just repeating this a few times as your body begins to settle into the present moment,

Focusing on your breath and relaxing your body with each inhale and exhale.

Letting your body soften down into the surface beneath you,

Wherever you are relaxing.

And I invite you now to bring your awareness to the top of your head and your forehead,

Feeling any tension or tightness or worries,

Feeling them soften,

Letting the muscles of your face and jaw relax and soften,

Feeling your tongue rest gently in the bottom of your mouth.

Releasing any tension or tightness from your neck and shoulders,

Letting any heaviness melt away and feeling your collarbones begin to spread open into a smile,

As your heart space begins to soften.

And if you have any particular intention for this session or your day ahead,

I invite you to set that now in your heart space.

And I am gonna begin sending you distance Reiki and I invite you to either repeat the affirmations after me in your mind,

Or you can repeat them out loud,

Or you can also just let them gently wash over you.

Whatever you feel called to do this morning is perfect for you.

I wake up feeling calm,

Grounded and safe.

With each breath,

I invite peace and release fear.

I am in control of my thoughts and I choose positivity today.

I trust in the unfolding of this day and welcome it with an open heart.

I release what I cannot control and focus on what brings me joy.

My mind is clear,

My body is relaxed and my heart is at ease.

I am resilient,

Capable and fully supported by the universe.

I move through today with confidence,

Grace and an inner peace.

I am safe in this moment and all is well.

I am at home.

I welcome this new day with gratitude and love,

Knowing I'm exactly where I need to be.

Inhaling deeply into your lungs and exhaling all of the air out.

Inhaling a deeply grounding breath and exhaling all of the air.

And you can repeat this for as long as you'd like,

Just grounding yourself back into the present moment.

And when you feel ready,

You can start to gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Maybe roll your wrists and ankles.

Maybe you feel called to have a nice yawn or a big stretch.

And just acknowledging yourself for this time you've taken to start your day.

And expressing gratitude for yourself,

Knowing that you have just laid the foundation to have a beautiful day.
