Gentle white noise, 432 Hz and 144 Hz frequencies, and 0.5 Hz delta binaural beats help quiet the mind, ease insomnia, promote relaxation, and encourage deep overnight healing and rest. This practice also includes a gentle Message of Light from my angelic guide team, Andromeda.
