Hello and welcome!
My name is Bailey and I'm a nurse practitioner turned Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Healer and I create distance Reiki healing sessions to help people who are struggling with anxiety,
Stress,
Or overwhelm or who are perhaps on a physical healing journey.
In our session today,
I'm going to be guiding you through a full body distance Reiki healing session with powerful affirmations to help reprogram any limiting subconscious beliefs that you may have that are causing you to have anxiety or stress.
So there is nothing that you need to do to receive this session.
The best thing is to find a comfortable place to relax and receive.
So I invite you to get yourself nice and settled,
Perhaps on your bed or comfortable chair.
And once you have found your place,
I invite you to bring your awareness inwards,
Focusing on your breath,
Inhaling deeply into your lungs and gently exhaling all of the air out,
And gently exhaling the air out,
And letting your breath guide you into this present moment.
And if you haven't already closed down your eyes,
I invite you to do so now as I begin sending you distance Reiki.
And you can repeat these affirmations out loud after me,
Or you can say them in your mind,
Or just let them gently wash over you into your subconscious mind.
And whatever you feel called to do is perfect for you.

Just doing so slowly and gently,
You've just created a beautiful state for your body,
