In this session tonight,
I will be sending you distance Reiki and guiding you through a 20 minute yoga nidra practice.
Then my sound healing music with delta binaural beats and 5 to 8 hertz,
Known as the miracle frequency,
Will continue to play for 10 hours,
And the screen will fade to black after 2 minutes so you won't be distracted.
I hope this brings you a beautiful night's sleep and you wake up feeling well rested tomorrow.
Now let's prepare for deep rest together.
Find a comfortable lying position in your bed.
Get your pillows,
Blanket and any supports you need so that your body feels cozy,
Safe and at ease.
Allow your arms to rest softly wherever feels most comfortable,
Perhaps on your abdomen or lying alongside your body.
Let your legs be heavy and rest comfortably.
And once you have found your perfect position for our practice tonight,
Gently close down your eyes and take a deep,
Nourishing breath in through the nose and exhale slowly out through the mouth.
Again,
A full breath in,
Filling the lungs with air and a long,
Steady release.
Repeat this a few times.
With each exhale,
Allow yourself to let go of the day,
Let go of any tension,
Any effort,
Any holding.
Feel the weight of your head sinking down into your pillow,
Your chest softening,
Your shoulders releasing,
Your belly loosening,
Your hips and legs relaxing all the way down to your feet.
There's nothing left for you to do now.
You are safe to simply rest.
And now as your body begins to settle,
Bring to mind your sankalpa for this practice this evening,
Which is your heartfelt intention.
A short,
Positive statement like an affirmation expressed as though it is already true.
It might be,
I am calm and at peace.
I am safe and supported.
I fall asleep with ease.
Choose the intention that resonates most deeply with your heart and silently repeat it now three times.
Trust that the seed you are planting will take root and gently transform your inner landscape.
And now imagine a soft,
Radiant light above your head as I begin to send you distance Reiki now.
This is the light of Reiki,
Pure,
White,
Healing energy.
With every inhale,
This light begins to flow into the crown of your head.
And with every exhale,
It spreads gently throughout your body.
The Reiki light flows into your forehead,
Temples,
And eyes,
Softening and releasing any tension.
It moves down into your throat,
Bringing ease and openness into your heart,
Filling you with warmth,
Safety,
And light.
Down into your belly,
Calming your nervous system,
Dissolving worry.
The light flows down through your hips,
Legs,
And ankles,
All the way into your feet and toes.
Your whole body is now bathed in this gentle Reiki light.
You are supported.
You are safe to let go completely.
And now move awareness slowly through the body.
As I name each part,
Bring your attention here.
Sense it and then release it.
If you drift into sleep,
Know that this is perfectly okay and why we are here this evening.

Now bring awareness to the whole body.
The entire body is resting,
Relaxing,
Heavy and safe,
Cocooned in Reiki light,
Completely at peace.
I invite you to imagine yourself lying safely at the edge of the ocean.
The air is calm and soft around you.
The sky above is filled with stars,
Steady and comforting.
And in the distance,
You hear the rhythm of gentle waves rolling.
With every inhale,
Imagine the wave flowing gently towards you,
Bringing peace,
Ease and calm.
With every exhale,
Imagine the wave flowing back out to sea.
With every inhale,
Imagine the wave carrying away stress,
Tension.
With every exhale,
Imagine the wave flowing in,
Bringing safety,
Rest and healing.
With every exhale,
Imagine the wave drifting out,
Carrying away what you no longer need.
The waves continue their rhythm,
Steady and smooth.
Each one like a lullaby,
Cradling you deeper into rest.
Feel the Reiki light blending with the rhythm of the wave.
A current of love and safety surrounding you.
With every rise and fall,
You are drawn deeper into stillness.
There is nothing to do.
Your breath,
And this deep,
Endless peace.
Let the rhythm carry you,
Softly,
Into the deepest sleep.
