Hello and welcome.

This is Bailey Barber and I'm so grateful you are here with me tonight.

In this session tonight,

I will be guiding you through a Yoga Nidra practice that is infused with Reiki energy to help guide you into deep healing sleep.

Afterwards,

My sound healing music with delta binaural beats and 528 Hz frequency,

Known as the Miracle Frequency,

Will continue to play on.

This session is designed to gently stimulate your vagus nerve,

A long wandering nerve that connects your brain with your heart,

Lungs,

And digestive system.

It plays a key role in your body's rest and digest response,

Helping to slow the heart rate,

Deepen the breath,

And calm the nervous system.

When the vagus nerve is activated,

It sends signals of safety throughout your entire body,

Allowing you to shift from stress and alertness to deep relaxation and healing.

This natural calming response supports better sleep,

Emotional balance,

And a deep sense of peace.

So I invite you now to prepare for deep rest and deep healing.

Finding a comfortable position in your bed,

Perhaps lying on your back,

Taking time to get your blankets and pillow perfectly positioned,

Allowing your arms to rest softly at your sides or any position that feels most nurturing for you.

And take your time making any small adjustments so that your body feels completely supported.

And when you're ready,

Gently close down your eyes,

Bringing your awareness inwards.

Let your body settle into the supportive surface beneath you.

Feel your bed holding you,

Supporting you with safety.

There's nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to do.

This time is just for you.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Imagining breathing in through your heart space,

Filling your heart space with nourishing breath,

And then gently release the breath fully out through your mouth,

Letting your body soften and start to gently unwind itself.

Allow your breath to find its own natural,

Slow rhythm,

Flowing in and out with ease.

With each exhale,

Feel the weight of the day begin to melt away,

And each inhale brings in a wave of calm.

Each exhale releases what no longer serves you,

Letting it go,

Letting it go,

Letting it go.

Now gently bring your awareness to your heart center.

From this place of peace,

We welcome your sankalpa,

Your heart's deepest intention.

A sankalpa is a short,

Positive statement of truth,

Spoken in the present tense.

It may be something like,

I am calm,

I am safe,

I sleep peacefully,

Or perhaps another phrase that arises naturally from within you.

Trust whatever comes forward for you,

And once you know your sankalpa,

Silently repeat it to yourself three times,

Allowing the words to flow through your heart space,

Through your energy body,

And gently settle in to your heart.

And now I will begin sending you distance Reiki,

And I invite you to imagine with me a soft golden light above your head,

That feels like the warmth of the sun gently filtering down through the clouds.

This is the Reiki energy,

Flowing with unconditional love and deep healing.

On each exhale,

Feel the Reiki light descending gently through your body,

Pausing with care at each place that it touches.

The crown of your head,

A gentle glow rests here,

The mind softens,

Thoughts dissolve,

And a wave of peace settles in.

The forehead,

The light clears away tension,

Smoothing the tiny muscles around your eyes and eyebrows,

Helping your eyes to rest gently back in their sockets.

The cheeks,

Jaw,

And lips,

Letting the whole face soften,

Bringing an inwardly facing smile,

As warmth and peace spread across your face,

Your throat and neck,

The energy flows like a cool stream,

Helping to clear your voice,

Softening your breath,

And giving you a sense of openness and freedom.

Your shoulders,

Lifting the weight of the day off of your shoulders,

The energy melts away any tension,

Dissolves any burdens,

The light drifts slowly down your right arm,

Shoulder,

Elbow,

Wrist,

Palm,

And into each finger,

One by one,

Until the light is flowing out through the tips of your fingers,

And your entire right arm is glowing with healing energy.

And now the energy flows down into your left arm,

Flowing from the shoulder into your elbow,

Wrist,

And down each individual finger,

Until the light is flowing out through the tips of all ten fingers,

Both arms full of healing Reiki light,

Completely relaxed and at ease,

The energy moves into your chest,

Soothing your heart,

Softening the lungs,

Each breath calmer and deeper,

Your heartbeat slowing into its natural rhythm,

And the Reiki light flows into your belly,

Radiating warmth as it goes,

Every inhale gently expands the belly,

And every exhale helps to release any lingering tension or tightness,

And the Reiki energy fills your abdomen,

Bathing all of your organs in its healing light.

And the light pours into your hips and pelvis,

Dissolving any tightness,

Releasing any tension.

And again,

Down through the right leg,

Ankle,

Foot,

And toes.

And through the left leg,

Thigh,

Ankle,

And toes,

Until the Reiki light is flowing out through all ten toes.

And your entire body is now completely bathed in Reiki light.

Every cell,

Every organ,

Resting in peaceful harmony and balance,

You are surrounded by a cocoon of healing energy.

Supported and held by this healing light.

Breathe in gently here,

Resting in this stream of Reiki,

Allowing it to nurture you,

Restore you,

And holding you in infinite love and compassion.

Now we will move into a slow rotation of awareness.

Simply follow along,

Letting the Reiki flow wherever your attention rests,

Moving with patience,

Giving each part of the body space and time.

Right thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Little finger,

Back of the hand,

Wrist,

Forearm.

Elbow.

Upper arm.

Shoulder.

Right collarbone.

Right chest.

Right waist.

Left chest.

Shin.

Sole of the foot.

Forehead.

Temples.

Eyelashes.

Bridge of the nose.

Tip of the nose.

Nostrils.

Cheeks.

Chin.

Jaw.

Throat.

Collarbones.

Center of the chest.

Heart.

Solar plexus.

Navel.

Pelvis.

Now expand awareness to sense the entire body at once,

Your whole being filled with Reiki light.

Sensing every cell.

Now imagine you're lying at the edge of a calm ocean,

Under a night sky full of sparkling stars.

The air feels pleasant against your skin,

Carrying the scent of salt.

Above you,

The sky is deep and dark,

Shimmering with starlight over the water,

Each one reflecting on the slow rhythmic movement of the sea.

As you breathe,

The rhythm of your breath becomes the rhythm of the waves.

Each inhale,

A wave gently flowing in.

Each exhale,

A wave gently flowing out.

Inhale,

The wave gathers softly at the shore.

Exhale,

It retreats back into the vastness of the sea.

Inhale,

Flowing in.

Exhale,

The sound of the ocean and your breath are one.

With each wave,

Your body grows heavier,

Your mind quieter,

Your heartbeat steady and slow.

The ocean's gentle rhythm moves through your vagus nerve,

A slow tidal pulse,

Creating safety and peace.

Regulating the body and softening every edge,

You are simply breathing and being breathed by the ocean,

Held in its eternal rhythm.

Every wave brings peace.

Every ebb carries away what no longer belongs.

Let the waves carry you now,

No need to follow.

Just floating,

Drifting,

Dissolving into the rhythm of sea and sound.

Every moment flows on its own,

Like the ocean,

Endless,

Steady,

Peaceful.
