Slip into restorative sleep with this calming two-hour journey combining Yoga Nidra, Reiki energy, and my gentle sound healing music. This practice is intentionally designed to activate the vagus nerve—the body’s primary pathway for calming the nervous system. When the vagus nerve is stimulated, it helps slow the heart rate, deepen the breath, and shift the body into the parasympathetic “rest and restore” state, creating the ideal conditions for peaceful, healing sleep. You’ll be guided through a 30 minute Reiki-infused Yoga Nidra meditation to release the day, calm the mind, and prepare your body for deep rest. My accompanying music features 0.5 Hz Delta binaural beats to gently slow the brain waves into the sleep state and 528 Hz, the Miracle Frequency, known for its ability to harmonize, repair, and restore balance within the body, mind, and spirit.
