As with all mantras, the benefits of the practice also extend into the immediate environment. Join me as we chant 7 rounds in unison. This track is Part Two in a two part teaching series designed to teach the chanting of this Mantra as a 'practice' rather than as entertainment. If you haven't already found Part One in this series, you can practice a 'call & response' version with me there - also on Insight Timer!
