The goal to create a low, steady humming sound is also a wonderful practice for strengthening the voice! Or the humming bee breath,

We block our ears either with our index fingers or our thumbs,

Keeping our elbows up at shoulder height so that we create that compression through the carotid arteries in the neck.

And we practice making the sound of the black humming bee,

And if you use a deeper tone it will be a lot more soothing.

And we practice this on the out breath only,

With teeth unclenched.

I'm going to practice 7 rounds today,

And I'll be minding the time and ringing the singing bowl once the practice is complete.

So placing your hands in position,

Blocking your ears,

And we'll practice together 7 rounds.

Taking a deep breath in,

And we'll practice together 7 rounds.

Taking a deep breath in,

And we'll practice together 7 rounds.

Keeping the eyes closed,

Feeling the last vibration,

Fade,

Observing any effects from that practice.
