As with all mantras, the benefits of the practice also extend into the immediate environment. Join me as we chant 3 rounds in a 'call & response' format where you provide the response. This track is Part One in a two part teaching series designed to teach the chanting of this Mantra as a 'practice' rather than as entertainment. Once you feel comfortable with this part and you feel ready to chant in unison, please look for Part Two in the series - also on Insight Timer!
