Her specialised domains include Chakra Meditation, Mindfulness & Buddhist Psychology, Meditation to Support Pain, Grief and Dying; Deepening through Meditative Inquiry; Spiritual Meditation, Supporting Anxiety and Trauma with Presence and Yoga Nidra. When not teaching, Atithi continues to deepen her own practice through study, volunteering and exploring aspects of human existence. She is passionate about making mindfulness an inclusive, practical tool for everyday living and conscious way of life. Atithi's Mindfulness & Meditation practice blends ancient wisdom with modern understanding to make mindfulness approachable for everyone. Through guided meditations, workshops, and personal coaching, Atithi supports people in building awareness, reducing stress, and reconnecting with their true selves. She believes mindfulness isn’t just something we practice on the cushion — it’s a way of living with intention, kindness, and presence in each moment. Outside of teaching, Atithi enjoys quiet time in nature, journaling, or sharing mindful conversations over tea. Her mission is to help others find peace within themselves and bring that presence into the world around them.
