Take a moment to soften,
Soften the eyes,
Soften back.
Sensing into the support beneath your body.
The support under hands and under feet.
And softening into that support.
Riding the waves of breath and with each exhale softening down just a little bit more.
Soften back from the world of seeing and doing and condensing the thought realm,
Your mind down.
As you inhale drawing in all the many ways that your thoughts draw energy in different directions.
As you inhale drawing in condensing,
Exhaling softening down,
Saturating in your own awareness.
Riding the waves of breath.
Inhaling to condense,
Becoming one in your own presence.
Notice your body,
Any sensations,
Any feeling present in the body.
Taking a moment to name what is observed.
And acknowledging sort of a bow,
An inward recognition of all that is felt,
All that is sensed.
An inner bow to yourself just as you are in this moment.
And when you're ready,
Taking that sensation,
That feeling,
Holding it gently,
Opening the eyes.
Still observing what is inside.
Breathing.
And when you're ready,
Placing palms of hands together on the heart or in the heart center.
Acknowledge yourself and move forward.
Move from this place of inner knowing,
Inner awareness.
Namaste.
