Taking a moment to soften into wherever you are.

See if you can soften back into something.

Be a little held supported.

Inviting a sense of ease into your body.

Allow the neck to stretch gently and for little movements in the shoulders.

And very gradually inviting your head to stack tall in line with your neck,

In line with the rest of your spine.

Be a sense of that support below you,

Behind you and offering just a bit of that support internally to yourself.

The spine lengthened up through the crown of your head.

Breathing,

Ease,

Feeling into support.

And descending down from your head,

Down through your shoulders,

Easeful shoulders,

Shoulders inviting a measure of rest.

Down through your hips,

Your feet.

Breathing yourself all the way down into that primary support of the earth.

Taking about three cycles of breath,

Breathing down,

Softening,

Easing into.

And again sensing into that space above your head.

The space of this possibility expansive like the sky.

As you inhale,

See if you can just lengthen top of head into that space just a bit.

And again taking about three cycles of breath and this time breathing as you inhale up through your crown and breathing as you exhale all the way down,

Down through your roots,

Down towards the earth,

Sweeping the breath.

And sensing into the body both the spaciousness of above and the support of below.

And that in that space between infinite sky and solid earth,

There you are held as you are enough.

Nothing you do can shake you from this space.

All that you are leads you back to right here.

Connected.

Feeling into your body where it is that the support and this space finds you.

And it might find within you a sort of fullness of yes,

I feel it's true.

There's the enoughness of myself as I am.

It might also feel like spaces in the body have a sort of a lack of fullness.

Spaces within that don't quite feel held,

Feel supported,

And feel like enough.

Noticing those spaces too.

The spaces of fullness,

The spaces of perhaps some emptiness.

Noticing without trying to change what is there.

Breathing into the inner landscape of your body.

Breathing ease.

You as you are.

Taking a few more moments,

Just saturating in your own presence.

Nothing to do,

Nothing to change.

Just noticing and holding and being held.

Perhaps taking a moment to place your hands somewhere on the body that feels a sense of fullness or a sense of emptiness.

Touching your presence in there lovingly with respect,

Blessing these spaces.

They're in you.

They're with you.

And you are so,

So loved.

Giving yourself a little squeeze,

Softening around that practice,

Breathing ease.

Again sensing into that space above you,

The support below you.

And moving forward when you're ready with the alignment of inner awareness,

Inner poise between infinite sky,

Solid earth.

Your body moving in the space held in the space between.

Opening the eyes,

Carrying that same presence with you.

The awareness,

The ease,

And moving gently back into the current of your day.
