Anzog the Warm greetings to you.
This is Robert Halley and I thank you for joining me for this moment in time.
This relaxing meditation experience is great before you sleep or anytime you desire to de-stress and feel lighter.
It will help you unravel your mind to create more space between your thoughts.
We explore the ABCs of wellness through minimal language of words.
I speak then allow space for you to have a brief reflective response.
They are shared as seeds of possibility to grow,
Transform,
Or inspire what is highest and best for you at this time.
So please find your most comfortable posture with your body.
Settle and feel the weight of your body evenly distributed from the right to the left,
From the forward to the back body.
Explore any gentle movements that help you feel present.
Find comfort in this moment to soften and relax as much as possible.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale through your mouth.
Let go.
Breathe in deeply.
And exhale mouth completely.
Let your breath flow naturally and arrive again and again right here and now.
Congratulations on all of the life you've lived up to this point.
And bravo for the life you will refresh and restore through this meditation.
The art of letting go is the art of allowing.
Know that you are safe and that there is great love here for you.
There are six areas of the body that evoke optimal relaxation and they work in pairs.
Feel free to soften your gaze and close your eyes to dive deep into this relaxation.
The first area,
Hands and feet.
Imagine you open your hands from a fist.
Slowly release the tension in the palms bit by bit.
Your hands are soft and relaxed.
Relax the soles of your feet.
Ease.
Toes feel free.
All the bones float.
Your hands and your feet are relaxed.
The second area,
Eyes and ears.
Relax the inside corner tear ducts of your eyes.
Relax the eyelids and the outer edges of your eyes.
Relax the inner ear that hears.
And soften the outer area of your ears.
Your eyes and ears are relaxed.
The third pairing of optimal relaxation involves the tongue and your pelvic floor.
Relax the tongue to the bottom of your mouth.
Wide and settled.
The jaws unhinged as well.
Relax your pelvic floor.
All the organs,
Sexual organs,
Lower abdomen.
Feel the connection in the midline of your tongue and your pelvic floor relaxed.
Explore and revisit any of these six areas of hands,
Feet,
Eyes,
Ears,
Tongue or pelvic floor throughout.
To settle and be in the receptive state of restorative allowing.
How wonderful.
For we are now ready to voyage and explore the ABCs of wellness.
I wish you a great ride wherever that may be that you go consciously or subconsciously.

Its ebb and flow,
Option to allow yourself to drift into restorative restful sleep,
Into a universal blanket decorated with these ABCs of wellness,
Or option to slowly create some gentle movement in your fingers and your toes,
Gently circle ankles and wrists,
Intuitive movement for a gentle shift and return,
Invite you to draw your hands up and place your palms over your eyes,
Feel the warmth,
Energy and connection you have with yourself,
Gently blink your eyes open and see any possible light through the spaces in your hands,
Slowly,
Slowly draw your hands a few inches away from your eyes and lower them down to rest,
Breathe,
Be and know that wherever you go,
Whatever you encounter,
That you contain a vast space of peace within you,
That reflects an endless universe,
Believe in the sacred truth that is active and ever-present,
And so it is,
And so shall it be,
Many blessings,
Go forth in peace,
Thank you.
Thank you.
