Meditation Timer OnlineAnup is a yoga practitioner and looks forward to sharing his practice of yoga with the community. He typically includes pranayama, loosening exercises with breath and body synchronization, and a few core asanas in his practice. He ends his session with a relaxation routine. His focus will be to keep breathing at the core of your practice, and supplement it with yoga asanas. He hopes that, over time you will experience calmness within you, and your body will feel a sense of strength and stability. Anup has been practicing Patanjali yoga for 5 years, and has led online sessions for over 2 years. He is really interested in being part of a community, where he can comfortably share and make yoga more accessible. Anup hopes to provide an equitable and accessible space where anyone can join to benefit on and off the mat.
