My name is Anumiha Opalkar and today we are anchoring deeply in our self-worth.
Close your eyes and arrive into the current moment.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Feel how your breath is moving in slow,
Steady,
Effortless and moving out.
With every inhale in this meditation you receive life and with every exhale you soften deeper into yourself.
Now bring your awareness to your heart space.
The space within you that knows.
The space within you that leads.
The space within you that always holds the truth.
Breathe into your heart.
Let it expand.
Let it feel its warmth.
Let it open and let it radiate.
Feel the generosity of your heart.
You are safe within yourself.
You are held within your own presence.
As you keep breathing in,
Repeat after me.
I trust myself deeply.
I honour my inner voice.
I move through life with clarity and certainty.
Every part of me works in harmony.
Every decision I make aligns with my highest path.
My intuition speaks with strength and I listen to it with devotion.
My worth exists in my being.
My worth radiates through my energy.

All decisions that I take in my life are a reflection of my self-worth.
I embody value.

Now visualize yourself standing tall.
This version of you is grounded and fully capable of expressing whoever is it that they want to be.

A version of you that chooses themselves every single time.
Now visualize merging with that version of you.
Feel tingles in your body.
Where do you feel those?
In your arms,
In your legs,
In your spine,
Behind your eyes,
On your tongue,
In your brain.
Allow yourself to feel any new sensation that arises in your body while you merge with the version of you that has a very deep sense of self-worth.
With this merging,
Now you show up for yourself with love with every single breath that you take.
You speak to yourself with kindness and you choose yourself with certainty.
Your energy now feels full,
Expansive,
Rich and whole.
As you continue taking deep breaths,
Feel that love flowing within you.
Love flowing through your chest.
Love moving through your thoughts.
Love anchoring in every area of your body.
You love who you are becoming.
You love who you are today.
You love the way you move through life.
The deep devotion within you that you've merged with is silently there with you in every blink,
In every heartbeat,
In every breath.
