Explore MeditationAnthony is a Yoga Instructor, Musician and Poet. He began practicing Yoga after a car accident when he was 23 which left him with multiple back injuries. After 1 year of practice, his back was healed. This led him to Study more deeply and in 2016 he took his first teacher training. in 2017 he began studying Ayurveda and went to India for his 300hr Teacher Training. He specializes in making Yoga accessible and regularly holds classes where he shares Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Breathing Practices, Meditations and Kirtan Music.
