In this session,
We begin the journey with the element of Earth,
The foundation of stability,
Strength and grounding.
Earth teaches us to stand firmly in the present moment,
To find steadiness in life's uncertainties and to trust in our roots.
So,
Just take a moment to settle in,
Find your comfortable position,
Warm and cosy.
Let your hands rest gently on your lap or at your sides.
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and exhale,
Letting go of any stress or tension.
Take one more deep breath in and out.
Feel yourself arriving here,
Grounded and at ease.
Tune into the present moment.
Now take a moment to visualize yourself standing barefoot on soft,
Warm earth.
The ground beneath you is firm,
Solid and supportive.
Feel the texture of the earth underfoot,
Its warmth,
Its strength,
Its steadiness.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to sink deeper into this sense of stability.
Picture yourself fully grounded with the earth from the soles of your feet and see roots reaching down into the air.
Here you feel strong,
Going deep and wide,
Anchoring you firmly to this sacred ground.
With every inhale,
Feel the earth's energy flowing up through your roots,
Filling your body with strength and calm.
And with every exhale,
Release any tension,
Getting it sink deep into the earth to be transformed.
Let's continue with this cycle for four more rounds.
Inhale,
Feel the earth's energy flowing up through your roots,
Filling your body with strength and calm.
Exhale,
Releasing any stress or tension,
Letting it sink deep into the earth to be transformed.
And continue in your own time.
And once more,
Inhale,
Fill your body with strength and calm.
Exhale,
Release any further tension.
Now just resume your natural breath.
So the earth reminds us to trust in our foundation,
To feel safe and supported no matter what life brings.
Take a moment to reflect.
Where in your life can you cultivate more stability?
Perhaps it's in your daily routine,
Your relationships or your connection to yourself.
Whatever comes to mind,
Hold it gently in your awareness without judgment.
Let's anchor this connection to the earth with a grounding breath.
Inhale deeply,
Draw in the strength and stability of the earth and exhale,
Releasing any sense of instability or worry.
Once more,
Breathe in the steady grounding energy of the earth.
And exhale,
Feeling your roots deepen into the soil.
Another deep breath in.
Wonderful.
As you move through your day,
Know that the earth is always beneath you,
Supporting you and grounding you in the present moment.
Anytime you feel unsteady or overwhelmed,
Return to this connection.
Trust in the earth's wisdom.
It is always there holding you.
