Welcome to the third-trimester pregnancy affirmations. Listen to these affirmations in a quiet room where you can relax and connect with your baby. Ideally, set aside a special time each day to listen to these positive pregnancy affirmations in your third trimester. They will boost your confidence in your final weeks of pregnancy and help you prepare for your baby's arrival. You may even want to write out some of your favorite affirmations from this audio and write them out on colored pieces of card or paper and stick them up around your home. Hello and welcome to this third trimester affirmations meditation.

Please get comfortable either seated or lying down and when you're ready close your eyes.

Place a hand or two on your belly where your baby lies.

And then just take a few deep breaths in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Focusing on relaxing and tuning into your body and your baby.

The following affirmation series will be repeated three times.

Hearing each affirmation more than once is important to build a strong and confident mindset for your third trimester of pregnancy.

You're welcome to repeat each affirmation back to yourself in your mind if you want to.

But you can also just listen and relax as the words sink into your mind and body.

My baby and I are healthy and strong.

My baby is the perfect size for my body.

My baby is growing at the perfect pace.

My baby's brain is developing perfectly.

All of my baby's organs continue to develop as they should.

My baby is getting ready for the outside world.

I am really looking forward to meeting my baby.

I feel excited and confident during my third trimester.

I am proud of my pregnancy and my body's wisdom.

If I experience any physical discomfort,

I calmly breathe through it.

I embrace the beautiful physical changes to my pregnant body.

My body and my baby are working together in perfect harmony.

I trust my body,

I trust my baby.

I focus on taking my time with daily tasks.

I am calmly getting ready and organized for my baby's arrival.

I remember to relax and sleep as much as I can.
