Take a moment to get comfortable either seated or lying down and when you're ready allow your eyes to gently close and just take three deep breaths in through your nose and out slowly through your mouth grounding yourself in the present moment.
Now just allow your breath to flow at its natural pace as you listen to the affirmations you may wish to place a hand on your belly to connect more deeply with your baby and if you want to you can repeat each affirmation back to yourself in your mind after you hear each one or simply listen and allow yourself to absorb the positive energy from the words.
