Welcome to these positive birth affirmations for calmly birthing your baby. These birth affirmations will help you to give birth comfortably and help you trust that your body does know what to do when giving birth. Start listening to this audio when you feel your baby starting to move down into your birth canal. You will feel your womb muscles expelling your baby down and out of your womb and you may begin to feel natural urges to push and bear down as your baby begins to move out of your birth canal. Get into a comfortable birthing position (ideally one that is working with gravity like being on all-fours or kneeling over the side of something like a birth pool or hospital bed) Ideally, listen to these birthing affirmations with headphones or earbuds for a better audio experience.
