Welcome to the first trimester affirmations.

Please get comfortable either seated or lying down,

Close your eyes if you want to and place your hands on your belly where your baby lies.

The series of affirmations will be repeated three times.

After each affirmation there will be a pause so that you can repeat the affirmation back to yourself in your mind if you want to.

Alternatively just listen and allow the positivity behind the words to sink into your mind and your body.

I embrace my first trimester with a happy and grateful heart.

I trust my body's ability to nurture and protect my growing baby.
