Welcome to this guided meditation on resignation syndrome. Together, we will explore how to befriend this space and allow our nervous systems to regulate, even when we feel like we're in a state of neither living nor dying. Repeat this track as many times as you like, make it as part of your daily ritual and use as your space to rest and restore your nervous system. I invite you to use pillows, or you can use blankets for start. Moving forward you can lean into this space with anything you find comforting and safe ( nature, a person, music, ...) My goal is to shed light on this state, helping you not to fear it but to honor it. Through this meditation, I hope to guide you towards finding continuous support as you heal and recover.
