This beginner-friendly meditation is designed to help release tension around a difficult situation in your life. The meditation starts with awareness of the breath, then bringing the difficult situation into your mind's eye, and then breathing in an ocean wave and cleansing the body of any stress "leftovers" from that difficult situation. The meditation concludes with checking back in with the heart and mind about the situation and then ends with 3 deep breaths, sighing on the exhale.
