Now let's do that again.
Inhale,

Allowing your body to settle in this present moment.
As we embark on the day,
Let's cultivate a sense of gratitude for ourselves and those around us.
Take a moment to reflect on something you're grateful for right now.
It could be a person,
A moment,
Or simply the gift of a new day.
Your body.
Feel the warmth and comfort of your bed or chair.
Notice any points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this space.
During the holiday season,
It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle.
