As we went through part one,
We talked about what abundance is and how to allow it into your life.
In part two out of three,
We're going to talk about the different ways abundance can show up in your life.
And in the last part,
We're going to talk about how you can direct the certain type of abundance that you want to have in your life.
So again,
Let's start by taking some deep breaths in through your nose,
Allowing yourself to be here,
To fully be here.
Allow your body to relax.
Allow your thoughts to go away.
Allow your worries to stay out of it.
And allow yourself to resonate with what you want to resonate with and let the rest go.
So let's start by scanning our body for any stress,
Your face,
Relax your jaw,
Relax your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Your feet.
We missed the arms,
So let's just relax the arms too.
Just allow your body to fully relax all the way down.
Abundance can show up in many different ways.
And abundance is everywhere.
We look in nature,
We look around us,
There's abundance of trees,
There's abundance of love,
There's abundance of hate.
And what decides the abundance that's going to come into your life is the emotional state that you're in,
The magnet of your heart.
And abundance itself is just a neutral energy,
Which means overflow,
Or more than enough.
So when you have abundance in your life,
You will have an overflow.
But what kind of overflow you have is determined by the state of your heart.
It's determined by your feeling.
It's about your internal state that decides what kind of abundance that you're going to experience in your life.
So if you're feeling excited,
Confident,
Happy,
Powerful,
That is the experiences that you're going to have,
Which will be attracted by these emotions.
So more things that are going to make you feel confident,
Powerful,
Excited,
And happy.
But there's a lot of different ways abundance can show up,
A positive abundance can show up into your life.
And my guru always used to tell me that I don't need to be so attached to how it's going to come in.
Because if you're limiting the ways it can come in,
You're also saying no to abundance.
But I really wanted money.
I wanted money on my bank account,
And that was all the abundance that I desired.
But he told me that,
No,
Be open to any abundance.
Because if you allow abundance in,
You're in the frequency of abundance.
And then financial abundance will come in.
It will come in abundance in other different ways.
Abundance showed up for me as people inviting me to lunches.
Other people inviting me to experiences.
And these experiences giving me wisdom that I needed at that time.
Just realize that this is always working for you all the time.
And the abundance that you can experience will grow if you continue to let it into your life.
So if someone starts to give you things,
Or clients want to work with you,
Or someone is inviting you to something for free,
What is really important is to allow it in.
So abundance is always flowing,
But most of us are actually blocking it.
If you start allow abundance in and letting abundance show up in different ways that it wants to,
That is when it can continue to grow and flow bigger and more into your life.
Imagine yourself feeling extremely,
Extremely abundant,
And actually having the finances to spread this abundance in the world.
How would you feel if you were trying to share your abundance and all the people around you would just block it?
They wouldn't allow your gifts.
They wouldn't allow you spending your time on them,
Spending your money,
Your resources,
Or even when you're trying to teach them your wisdom,
They would simply reject it.
You wouldn't come back to these people,
Would you?
When I started allowing abundance in,
I was having these issues with people wanting to give me things,
Or giving me dinners,
Or pay for my stuff,
But I wouldn't allow it in.
So I would always stop it and then I would pay for it,
Even though they genuinely asked me to pay for it.
And what happened when I started allowing abundance in,
And even though most people they want financial abundance,
These want financial abundance,
But that can look in very,
Very different ways.
Once I allowed it in,
I got a trip for free,
I got paid vacation for free,
From a friend,
I got rent for many months with food for free.
But it all comes back down into the feeling of feeling good enough.
Feeling more than enough.
Because if you're not feeling the abundance in your life,
You're not feeling like you are more than enough for whatever you want to have in your life.
You are never going to allow it in.
And abundance is going to feel like something that is not possible for you,
Or something that just comes sometimes and then it leaves you.
So abundance can show up in every way,
And it's you and your awareness that can understand when it wants to come in.
And just remember that for the universe,
There's nothing big or small.
That is just your emotional association with the thing.
One dollar is as big as one million dollars,
And the only thing that is different is you not allowing a million dollars in,
Because you do not feel like you are more than enough for it.
You're not allowing to get a holiday,
Because you do not feel like you're more than enough for it.
You do not allow the abundance of love,
Because you don't feel like you deserve it.
So all ties back into step one of feeling like you're more than enough.
And remembering that it's your birthright to have abundance of good in your life.
So to just summarize everything we talked about,
First of all,
Realize that you are more than enough.
I've said it so many times,
But I'm just going to keep saying it.
You are more than enough.
There's no one that can tell you what a human that is more than enough is.
It's a feeling.
It's you who decide if this is true for you.
And once you do that,
Then you can start getting or actually supporting the belief that you are more than enough by doing the things of an abundant person.
And that comes from being in the feeling of being more than enough for whatever you want,
For abundance.
And then you have abundance.
This abundance will look in so many different ways.
Money will not just look like money.
Money will look like dinners.
It will look like trips.
It will look like anything you've ever experienced.
And abundance might also look like something that comes out of a three-step thing.
So the first step doesn't even look like abundance,
But something in your intuition is pulling you towards it.
So it's again always about being in the energy,
In the emotional state of abundance,
Of being more than enough.
And then all of these things shall be added upon you,
As it says in the Bible.
Even though I'm not even a Christian,
But I love the way the Bible talks about manifestation.
Once we're here,
The last part that we want to talk about is how can we create financial abundance.
And abundance in every way that we want.
If it's love,
Or if it's financial,
If it's the abundance of good health.
But the hint that I can give you is,
Again,
It's about feeling.
