A supportive affirmation practice to draw attention towards emotional struggles. An invitation to notice and embrace our thoughts and feelings specifically associated with fear and failure. Beginning with breath awareness, grounding into the body followed affirmations. Affirmations include 'I dare to do anything I want. No matter what happens, I will be ok. I can handle anything that comes my way. I speak up for what I believe in. I accept and embrace that which I can't control.'

Hello and welcome to this affirmation practice.

For this session we will be looking at our perceptions of failure and using affirmations to help us embrace any struggles that we might encounter.

It's sometimes easy to get a bit caught up in our own situation so hopefully this session will bring us back to the bigger picture and remind us that mistakes are part of the process and life is for learning.

So when you're ready adopting your meditation position,

Taking some time now to ground yourself into your body,

Relaxing your brow,

Your jaw,

Relaxing your shoulders and just surrender to what is.

And now we'll just begin with three deep breaths.

So breathing in and releasing.

And breathing in.

And releasing.

And last time,

Breathing in.

And letting go.

And now we'll begin with the affirmations.

So feel free to repeat them out loud or if you'd prefer to just listen and let each affirmation sit internally.
