Hello and welcome to this morning guided meditation practice.
For this practice we will be working with affirmations to cultivate joy and optimism for your day ahead.
So I'd like to invite you to enter your meditation position.
This may be lying down seated on a chair or maybe sitting cross-legged with your spine comfortably erect.
Take some time to tune into your body,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your jaw and just be.
And we'll begin with three deep mindful breaths.
So breathing in and releasing and breathing in and letting go.
And last time breathing in and letting go.
And now we will begin with the affirmations.
Feel free to either repeat them out loud or just allow them to sit internally.
