
Mornings - Clear Bright Mind - Kindness - Day 3
Day 3 - 'Setting the Intention of Kindness', each day can be listened to in sequence, or returned to individually at any time. These short guided meditations, accompanied by ambient piano, guide the listener back to a state of clear and inspired awareness, helping to bring a positive and uplifting energy to their day. In sequence, they are: - Day 1 - Arrive in stillness - Day 2 - the Light of clarity - Day 3 - Setting Kindness as an intention - Day 4 - Spacious mind - Day 5 - Gratitude. Once the series has been completed, it's recommended to return the following day to each again, by returning the body and mind more deeply assimilate the teachings. The shifts are subtle, so returning helps to anchor their respective messages.
