And now visualize a golden light at the center of your chest,

A warm radiant energy.

This is your inner power,

Your unshakable confidence.

With each inhale,

This golden light grows stronger,

Filling your entire being.

And feel its warmth spreading through your body,

Reminding you of your strength,

Your resilience,

And your limitless potential.

Breathe in,

And silently repeat,

I am confident,

I am strong,

I believe in myself.

Keep breathing,
