And stillness.

Now these practices are simple by design.
And I hope at this point.
You are seeing how that simplicity can have a big impact.
On your day.
Because I believe mornings are magic.
And offer fresh opportunities.
You were born with the gift and the power to begin again and again.
So take a breath.
Let yourself fully arise.
And let's begin creating possibility one morning at a time.
For day five.
We will embrace courage.
So let's take a deep breath in.
And slowly release.
Good.
Breathe in deeply.
And action!
And we'll settle into our three-count breath.

So that you may breathe deeply and fully.

Home.
And next.
Now allow your breathing.
To return to its natural rhythm.
As next day begins.
I invite you to remember.
That courage is not the absence of fear.
Courage!
Is choosing.
To move forward even when fear is present.
It means doing the thing,
Even when scared.
I'll tell you personally.
I'm a little scared.
Doing this series.
But I embrace my courage.
And I'm doing it's gift.
Every meaningful journey.
Ask something of us.
Speaking your truth.
Taking a risk.
Setting a boundary.
Building a dream.
The first step.
Persevering to the next step.
So as we enter into stillness today,
Now this.
Where life may be inviting you.
To be brave today.
And let's do it together.
Breathe in the power you need to embrace your courage.
And as we breathe.
I invite you to repeat quietly within.
I am brave.
I am brave.
I am the Rave.
And breathe.
If your attention wanders,
Just return to your breath.
And return.
To your courage.
I am the ray.
And breathe.
Notice how courage feels in your body.
And take a moment to imagine yourself.
Taking one brave step today.
Not every step.
Just one.
And let's take one final breath in.
And when you're ready.
Step into your day with courage.
