So let's take a deep breath in.
And slowly release.

Filling your belly.

If you're comfortable,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Or lower your gain.
I invite you to sit upright.
And if you like.
Place your hand on your heart.
Expand your heart.
And open your mind.
To noon.
Possibilities.
Let's begin with a simple three-count breath.
Let's inhale for three.
One.
Hold for 3.
Two,
One,
And exhale for three,
Too.
One.
Again.
Inhale for 3.

Hold for 3.
And exhale for three.
And once more,
Inhale.
Home.
And exhale.
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
And simply watch it add and flow.
And I invite you to remember.
That this morning.
You can create.
You can begin.
Let that sunrise refresh your home.
Hope reminds us that change can happen.
Is possible.
And possibility.
Well,
That invites us to participate in that change.
Just shit.
The direction of your day.
We are we.
Your life.
As we sit together in stillness.
Imagine one possibility you would like to welcome into your day.
A shit.
And your interactions.
Your emotions.
Or even the things that you're doing.
We are creating with every single breath.
To breathe in your intention.
Feel it in your body.
Notice and allow any feelings or thoughts that arise.
We will sit in stillness together.
Breathe.
And if it feels right,
Repeat quietly within.

Possibility.

If your mind wanders,
Just return to your breath.
And your possibility.
