And I invite you to join me on this quick meditation.
Morning Reset where we decide to choose joy.
No matter what you may be going through.
No matter how you may be feeling.
In any given moment.
We have the power.
To choose joy.
And so I invite you to allow your breathing.
To bring in the joy frequency.
And we'll do that together.
In stillness and in breath.
And so I invite you to first breathe in deeply.
Filling your belly.
Filling your belly some more.
And exhale.
And again,
Let's breathe in,
Filling your belly.
And release,
Allowing the sleep to slide off you.
And as things begin to wake.
I invite you.
To choose joy.
So we'll simply do a three-count breath.
We'll inhale through our nose for three counts.
Hold for three counts,
And then exhale through our mouth for three counts.
And as we breathe.
I invite you to bring in the possibility of joy in this miraculous day.
By repeating softly and quietly in your mind.
I choose joy.

And let's breathe.
