Good morning.
And welcome to Day 2 of the Good Morning Possibility Reset Series.
IModay.
And I'm excited to share this seven-day morning meditation journey with you.
Each day,
We spend a few minutes together in stillness,
Breath,
And intention.
And this is a simple practice by design.
Mornings are magic.
And offer fresh opportunity.
We were born with a gift.
And the power to begin again and again.
So take a breath.
Let yourself arrive.
And let's begin.
Creating possibility.
One morning.
At a time.
For day two,
We explore peace.
Before the responsibilities,
The decisions,
The distractions of the day.
I invite you to take a few moments.
For yourself.
Allow your body to settle.
If you'd like.
Go ahead and close your eyes or lower your gaze.
You may put one hand on your heart.
And notice the rise and fall of your breath.
Take a slow breath in.
Filling your belly.
As you see.
Again,
Breathe in deeply.
And exhale,
Letting the sleep Slide off to the right.
Let's settle into a simple three count breath.
Let's inhale,
4,
3,
2.
Too.
Hold for 3 seconds.
Two,
One,
And exhale for three.
Again.
Inhale.
.
.
4.
.
.
3.
.
.
2.
.
.
Hold on please.
And exhale,
4,
3,
2.
And once more,
Inhale.
Hold.
And that's it.
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
As we sit together in stillness.
Notice.
Where peace is missing in your body.
And lovingly inhale,
Pee.
Peace does not require perfection.
Peace can exist.
Even in the middle of uncertainty.
It does not require.
Everything to be song.
Today.
Simply allow yourself.
To welcome.
Peace.
As we focus on our breath.
Simply noticing its flow.
You may repeat quietly within.
Bye.
Welcome.
Peace.
I welcome you here.
I welcome peace.
And breathe.
If your mind wanders.
Just return to your breath.
And you focus on peace.
I welcome peace.
And breathe.
Remember that peace does not come with force.
Just allow it to come into your space and into your day.
Welcome Peace.
And as you prepare to move into the day.
Carry this intention with you.
I welcome peace.
Let's take a final breath in.
Breathing in peace.
And exhale.
And when you're ready.
Go see!
What peace will bring to your day.
And come on back for day three.
To explore gratitude.
It is always my honor and my privilege.
Thank you.
