Adam has been meditating for ten years and studies Tibetan Buddhism. He received his Mindful Meditation Teachers Training Certificate in 2023 from Dharma Moon and Tibet House. As a western physician he tries to incorporate the approaches he has learn from eastern philosophies (such as Tibetan Medicine), which focus on maintaining health, and the relationship of the mind to our health and well being.
