So welcome everyone I'll invite you today Into a very gentle healing space Where you will reconnect With the quietest oldest most sacred part of you Your body Now this is not a meditation to fix or force anything This is a self-inquiry This is a very very soft invitation to listen To feel And to trust the messages that live Within your skin your breath and your bones Our minds are often racing with thoughts And in the process sometimes we leave the body behind Now any event any experience anything that I may have experienced in my life Or my body plays a part In that experience And for anything that's not fully felt fully seen fully experienced fully expressed The imprint the energy of that will stay with my physical body The body doesn't forget and Whatever the mind has pushed aside Across my soul's journey My experiences my joys my pains my emotions There is a possibility That I still have that somewhere in this vessel in this body So today we are not here to solve anything But rather here to meet yourself with compassion And We'll just try and create a space today for all That has been silenced For all that has not been felt for all that has not been expressed And our intention today is I am willing to hear what my body has been trying to tell me I'm willing to hear what my body has been trying to tell me Let's start just by settling in As you find a comfortable position for yourself You can soften your gaze If your body allows you can close your eyes And just let my words be pointers for you Just pointers Now I'm gonna invite you to find stillness Whatever that means for you find stillness now This may be me listening to my breath This may be me bringing a little bit of awareness to my feet Now I'm sitting or lying down in a way that feels grounded and comfortable If I haven't done so already I will very very gently close my eyes I'm gonna place my left palm on my heart center And I'm gonna place the right palm on my belly And I'm just going to breathe Taking a deep breath in through your nose And exhaling through your mouth And I'll do this again taking a deep breath in through my nose And exhaling through my mouth As we take a few more breaths in I'm gonna start to feel a bit more aware,
A bit more present As you breathe you're now arriving more fully into your body Not to change anything but to be with it I'm aware of both my hands resting on my body I'm aware of my feet And I'm simply breathing Now in this moment realize that you are aware of your body And you're also aware of your thoughts That you are the one who's watching,
Who's listening I am the listener,
I am the one experiencing,
I am the one who's seeing And with this awareness choose now to dis-identify from your thoughts,
From your mind And take your awareness now into your body As we begin this journey we'll gently speak to the body I'm gonna speak to this vessel that I live in My soul is transitioning and my soul has been given this vessel that I reside in I'm doing a journey today to listen to what it has been trying to tell me And I'll very gently speak to my body as I say with my hands on my heart I am here now I am here now and you are safe with me I am here now and you are safe with me I am here now and you are safe with me I am listening,
I am listening,
I am listening And just noticing now how your body responds Perhaps maybe with a deep breath,
Maybe with a subtle sensation Or just with stillness There's no need for you to do anything,
Just be here And we'll say the words once again,
Speaking to our bodies I am here now,
You are safe with me And I am listening Feeling what I feel in my body Feeling what I feel under my hands Feeling what I feel in my feet Now as we journey today with the body,
Remember Everything is welcome Everything is welcome Everything is welcome Now from this space where I'm a little bit more attuned with the vessel,
With the body I'm going to now begin to scan my body I'm going to start from the top of my head If you're a visual person you may want to imagine a color of light maybe I'm scanning my body with this color Maybe it's yellow,
Maybe it's pink,
Maybe it's orange,
Whatever comes up for you Now take this yellow light down now from the top of your head Down to your forehead To your nose Your mouth,
Your jaw,
Your stomach Your legs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your feet,
Your toes Is there a place in me right now that's holding something unspoken?
As you surround yourself now in this light of awareness,
This yellow light from the top of your head All the way down to your feet And if your hands are still on your heart and your stomach you can keep them there And make this inquiry now Is there a place in me that's holding something unspoken?
Now you might notice a tightness in your chest You might notice a heaviness in your belly Maybe it's a tension in the jaw Or shoulders Or something else And for some people this may be an emotion and not just physical So wherever your body is calling your attention right now Pause there Stay there Let's start breathing into that space now If what showed up for you was something physical You're welcome to move your hands to be closer to that area if that's possible And let's pause,
Stay with this now As I breathe into this place,
As I hold this space Not to fix it,
But to listen I may see this now gently open up,
Gently expand I'll just give a few more seconds now to breathe into this area that showed up today I'm now holding it And without any judgement I've told that part That I'm just here to listen,
Not to fix And if I experience the sensation a little bit more strongly now,
That's perfect That's a sign that the unspoken now is coming up to be seen Now for the next part of my enquiry Whatever part of my body I'm focused on right now,
Wherever I am right now I'm just going to say these words,
Make this enquiry What do you want me to know?
What do you want me to know?

I will just sit with this enquiry now for a minute I may get an image,
A feeling,
A colour,
A memory I may get nothing at all,
Just a knowing Let your body speak in its own way Don't rush to make sense of it Don't force anything,
You are just the witness today in this process If an emotion or a feeling comes up,
Allow it If there is just silence,
Honour that too,
Honour that too Remember everything is welcome here today As I bear witness and listen I'll say this once again,
What do you want me to know?
Wherever you are,
Whichever part of your body Or whatever emotion you are with right now Let's acknowledge this now As a version of you Or as a younger version of you Who couldn't express what they felt at the time The one who had to hold it in The one who had to be strong to survive,
To live And if you are not there already Gently placing your hand or both your hands over that part Which is more active right now,
Most active right now And just whispering this,
Saying this I hear you now I hear you now You don't have to carry this alone anymore I am here now And I will not look away I am here now And I will not look away You don't have to carry this alone anymore And let yourself feel now Just the layer that wants to show up today We don't want any stories,
We don't want any faces We don't want to connect any dots We just want to give this part in my body a voice Let that be enough Any emotions that come up in me right now I can hold them This part of me that I have just spoken to It may now start to show itself a bit more to me I may be aware of more moving in my body As I have acknowledged There may be emotions,
There may be memories,
There may be flashes,
There may be colours,
Anything Now we will say this,
You are safe to leave this with me You are safe to leave this with me You don't have to carry this alone anymore And this acknowledgement is the beginning of the release or the integration And sometimes all the body wants is to be acknowledged So let's sit in this space now And letting this process naturally unfold Anything that I sense,
Feel,
See or experience right now Is exactly what I need today I trust my body's wisdom to heal me I am willing to hear what my body has been trying to tell me I also honour what my body has carried I trust my body's wisdom to heal me I am willing to hear what my body has been trying to tell me I honour what my body has carried for so long No expectations,
Just allow If it gets a bit intense,
It's going to settle down If I am feeling something,
It is coming up to be felt If I am seeing something,

Allow and allow Now if you feel you need to spend more time here today Now would be the time to pause this recording Just letting yourself release,

Sense or feel We can now place both our hands over our heart And as I place both my hands over my heart I am going to start to feel the warmth now Of my own presence This is also me Now feeling calm in my body Anything that I opened today Anything that I activated today As I put my hands on my heart I am now coming back to a state of calm I thank my body Not just for holding me today But for holding me for all these years For carrying what my heart couldn't express For protecting me when I didn't know how to be safe And also for waiting for so long to be heard And to be seen Just a few more seconds for gratitude for this vessel,
For the body For the healing today Now slowly,
Gently I start to bring my attention back To the room Start By focusing my attention now back to my feet Coming back to the room,
Coming back to earth Coming back to Gaia,
Coming back to the body Taking a few deep breaths Now slowly,
Gently I can relax my hands down And then when I am ready I can open my eyes So today You didn't fix anything Today you didn't force anything All you did today was you listened And that is healing Now let your body know that it can speak That it can be heard Let this today be a new beginning for you Where your body is now your guide Now remember this You are whole,
