Welcome to this guided meditation,

Designed to take you on a journey through your consciousness,

Relaxing into the space,

Letting expectations of reaching a certain outcome slip away.

You may still have thoughts and mental chatter entering your mind,

That's okay and totally normal,

They are just thoughts,

They naturally flow in and out,

In time as you continue to listen to my voice,

That will fade into the background,

And you won't notice them anymore.

Let's take some nice deep breaths,

In through the nose for a count of 4,

1,

2,

3,

Holding for a count of 7,

1,

2,

3,

6,

7 and breathing out through your mouth for a count of 8,

5,

6,

7,

8.

This pattern has a deeply calming effect on the body.

Again,

Breathing in for 4,

Holding for 7,

And out for 8.

If you can't reach these numbers,

That's okay,

Breathe as you can.

Continue this pattern for a short while,

That's in through the nose for 4,

Holding for 7,

And out through the mouth for 8.

Now gently fall into your normal breathing pattern,

You'll now feel your body becoming heavy and the muscle tension releasing,

Imagining it all just draining away,

Leaving your body so delightfully comfortable,

Relaxed and warm.

In your mind start to envision a big TV or cinema screen,

With the image of a path in front of you.

Off this main path there are many places you've been to before,

In meditation and in your imagination.

You notice that there's a new building forming off this path in the distance.

It looks to be a magical library.

You start to see this magical library forming right in front of your eyes.

Colours and incredible architectural features swirling and developing right in front of you.

Mesmerised by this creation you start to notice the image getting brighter and looking even more realistic.

It's time to step inside this powerful image and into the path of your journey.

As you step onto this path,

You look down and you can see what you're wearing.

Feeling relaxed,

You know that you're smiling.

Hearing the sounds around you,

Whatever they may be,

You start to feel everything to be felt in the moment.

The breeze,

The temperature of the air against you,

Feel the ground under your feet.

What does this place feel like?

Smell the scents of the air.

What do they smell like?

Now imagine using a controller to turn this image right up to the clearest,

Highest definition as possible,

As clear as reality.

Spend some time here looking at this magnificent,

Magical library and let the joy and excitement from being here on this adventure sink into your body.

You start to walk towards this incredible library and open the door to the most amazing entranceway you have ever seen.

You look up and see the ceiling is painted with images that look like they're moving.

What does this entranceway look like to you?

You feel gravitated to move towards a hall to move towards a hall in front of you that leads to many rooms.

As you walk down the hall,

You peer into each room and as you look in each room and at the books,

You start to feel the desire of seeking the book you are looking for starting to form in your heart space.

You continue to browse and you come to a door that looks different to all the doors you've seen before.

It's a big beautiful rose oak door with a golden heart-shaped lock.

There seems to be a white light shining from the lock.

Curiosity has you leaning in to look into the light.

You feel the light on your face piercing right through to your soul and you feel the great need to open this door.

But how will you open this door without the key?

You reach your hand into your pocket and what do you know?

There's the key.

There's the key.

Unlocking this great door,

You open it in to a room that feels like you've been here before.

This room is filled with warmth.

The sun is shining through a high window warming against your skin.

There are beautiful weed nooks with cushions and blankets for you to sit and read.

You realize this is your room.

You realize that all of the books on the walls are your books.

Some of these books you have been given.

Some of these books you have written.

Some of these books you can't quite remember but you feel an inner knowing that one day they'll come in handy.

Take some time to look around this room and explore this beautiful little haven that you have created.

As you look around you see a book on the shelf that seems to be glowing just like the lock on the door.

You go over to the book putting your hand on the spine of the book.

What does it feel like?

What's the energy of this book?

You realize this book is meant for you.

Taking this book you find a comfortable spot to sit,

Holding the book for a moment before opening the first page with anticipation and excitement.

Opening the first page you start to see images and words forming and seemingly dancing around the page into their spaces to show you a story.

What are the words and images you can see?

Spend some time now embracing and absorbing the story that you are being shown.

As you start to get to the end of this story and gently start to close down this magical book,

You feel your gratitude running from your heart space through your hands into this book.

Giving thanks for the story,

The images,

The messages you received,

And basking in the wonder of this adventure into your personal library.

Slowly start to put the book back on the shelf and take another moment to look around the room,

Around the room,

Glancing at books that you know you'll need in the future,

Glancing at the books that have opened your mind and freed your spirit.

Thanking the space and yourself for holding on to this sacred information and allowing you access to it whenever you want it.

You start to leave this room opening the big beautiful door down the corridor knowing that behind each door is another magical place.

Entering back into the magnificent foyer and out of the front door,

Looking back at this architectural beauty and awe.

As you walk back down the path gently coming out of this image,

Tucking away this special place in your mind knowing you can come back here whenever you want to or create more unique places whenever you want to.

You are limitless,

You are eternal.

Take a nice deep breath in,

Hold for a moment and breathing out.

And when you're ready coming back into the room.
