This Gratitude and Release Meditation is a practice that combines the elements of gratitude and letting go. During this meditation, you are invited to focus on acknowledging and appreciating the positive aspects of your lives through gratitude. This may involve expressing thanks for people, experiences, or personal qualities. Following the gratitude phase, the meditation transitions into a release component. You are guided to let go of any negative emotions, stress, or burdens they may be carrying. This release can involve visualizing the release of tension, breathing out negativity, or mentally releasing any emotional weight. The intention of this meditation is to cultivate a sense of inner peace, contentment, and emotional well-being by fostering gratitude for the present and releasing any lingering negativity. It often leaves participants with a lighter and more positive mindset. This meditation was originally created for my Sacred Spirit Circle and has been infused with Reiki.

Welcome to this gratitude and release integration meditation.

My name is Angela Rose and I'll be your guide.

Starting to close your eyes down let's take some nice deep breaths.

Breathing in through the nose,

Holding for a moment and pushing any stagnant energy out as we breathe out through the mouth.

Notice the rise and fall of your stomach as you start to feel tranquility.

Again breathing in through the nose,

Filling your lungs right up and holding and gently pushing that energy right through your body as you start to feel relaxed.

One more time in through the nose,

Holding for a moment and pushing out through the mouth and feeling all of that beautiful rejuvenated energy throughout your entire body.

Now gently relax into your own state of breathing.

In your mind you start to envision a big TV or cinema screen with an image.

The image is of your happy place,

A place that brings you joy and peace.

It could be a beach with gleaming white sand and water,

A cabin in the snowy mountains,

A beautiful garden filled with flowers of all the colors of the rainbow.

Maybe it's a lush forest,

A lake,

A river.

It can be anywhere or anything that you desire.

As this image begins to become clear,

Imagine yourself stepping into it.

See yourself there as if it's really happening right now.

Feeling relaxed and smiling,

You look down to see what you're wearing and you can hear sounds around you.

What are they?

Maybe they're birdsong,

Maybe it's waves crashing,

Maybe it's the wind in the trees.

Feel everything around you,

The breeze,

The temperature of the air against you.

Feel the ground under your feet.

What does this place feel like?

Smell the scents of the air.

What do they smell like?

Now imagine using a controller to turn this image right up to the clearest,

Highest definition as possible.

So clear it's as clear as reality.

Spend some time here in your ideal place and let the joy of being here sink into your mind and body.

As you're basking in the joy and the peace of this special place,

You notice that the Sun starts to set in the distance,

Filling the sky with pinks,

Oranges,

Purples and reds.

No matter where you are,

The beautiful light is reaching you.

The warmth of the Sun gently touches your skin.

As the Sun sets,

You see the moon starting to glow in the distance.

As it gets brighter,

You start to see all of the stars sprinkling the sky.

You start to think about how beautiful this moment is and a feeling of gratitude starts to arise within you,

Illuminating in your mind all that you have to be grateful for in your life.

What are those things?

Feeling the energy of all that you are grateful for.

Where does this energy sit in your body and what does it feel like?

You can see and feel this energy starting to transmute into an orb.

This orb starts to move towards your left hand.

Can you see this orb of gratitude in your left hand?

Hold this energy there.

As we are holding this orb of energy in our left hand,

You notice the energy of those things that you are releasing being illuminated in your mind.

What are those things?

What do they feel like?

Where in your body can you find them?

You start to see the energy of what is to be released also transmuting into an orb and traveling to your right hand.

You now have two orbs of energy,

One in each hand.

How do these energies feel?

Looking at and feeling these energies,

Being thankful for their yin and yang like properties,

Reflecting to you past and future,

Sitting in perfect balance,

You intuitively start to feel your hands being drawn together.

The energy of all that you are grateful for and all that is to be released being drawn together.

These two strong energies want to integrate together for your highest intent in life.

What is your highest intention for yourself in life?

Is your intention to manifest happiness naturally,

To witness divinity in everyone,

Maybe to lead by example?

Is it to be open to success and abundance?

Is it to forgive others and yourself?

Maybe it's to love and be loved.

Think for a moment about what your highest intention may be.

Even if you haven't fully realized your highest intention,

You know what it is on an unconscious level.

As you're thinking about your highest intention,

You can start to notice your hands getting closer and closer,

Both energies starting to integrate with one another,

To align with your highest intention,

Creating synergistic pathways in your mind,

Body and spirit to manifest the highest intention.

Your hands now drawing fully together as these two energies become one.

You can feel that your highest intention has been created,

That you are now fully aligned with it and that all future events on your journey are now aligned to lead you directly to your highest intention.

For the good of you and for the good of all,

You look up at the moon and all of its beauty and hold appreciation in your heart,

Knowing that even if you are unconscious of it,

You're being metaphysically and physically held in love by source.

This is all for you.

Things are always working out for you.

You are safe and you are so loved.

You turn to look at this beautiful peaceful place that you have created,

Feeling whole,

Feeling a sense of alignment and a hint of excitement for what's to come next.

When you are ready,

Gently coming out of the picture,

Softly tucking it away in your mind,

Remembering you can come back here whenever you want or create other places to step into.

Your consciousness is unlimited.

You are eternal.

Now coming back into the now,

Slowly opening your eyes.
