Join this Reiki-infused guided self-Reiki session designed to bring balance, release, and healing. You'll be gently guided by a practicing Reiki Master Teacher through a Byosen scan and a series of hand positions. Each position is accompanied by 3-minute bell timers, allowing you to focus on key energy centers and release trapped emotions and experiences from your auric field. With mini descriptions of each chakra and its healing properties, this session will deepen your self-practice of self-healing, leaving you refreshed and aligned. This session is 48 minutes with a 16-minute music fade out after the guided session allowing you time to bask in the beautiful Reiki energy.

Welcome to your self Reiki practice.

I'll be your guide,

Angela Ross.

Allow your body to settle in to a supportive position,

Gently closing your eyes and taking a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely and then exhaling slowly,

Releasing any tension and stress.

As you breathe in easy,

Bring your awareness to your body and let's begin the gentle bias and scan,

Starting at the crown of your head and slowly moving your attention downwards.

Notice any sensations,

Areas of tension or relaxation,

With each breath allow the energy to flow through you,

Releasing anything that feels heavy or stagnant.

Beginning at the crown of your head and moving your awareness down to your forehead,

Your cheeks and your jaw,

Feeling any tightness beginning to melt away with each breath as you continue to relax into this space of self awareness.

Continue scanning down your neck and your shoulders,

Releasing any burdens you may be holding there,

Moving down your arms,

Through your elbows,

Your fingertips,

Feel the energy circulating through your body as you consciously let go of any tension and as you journey further down,

Allow your awareness to flow through your chest and abdomen,

Noticing how your body rises and falls with each breath.

Release any heaviness as you continue to move down your hips,

Thighs and knees.

Notice and become aware of every sensation,

Feeling the energy moving down through your calves and into your feet.

As you bring your awareness to the soles of your feet,

Imagine roots grounding you into the earth and with every exhale let go of what's not serving you.

Taking your time to reflect on what areas of your body were standing out to you today,

Basking in this awareness and taking it forward into a Reiki practice.

I invite you now to take a moment to simply just breathe,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling fully,

In this present moment,

It's anchored and safe in this space.

Let's begin our self Reiki practice with the first hand position.

Place your hands gently over your eyes,

Inviting your intuition to awaken.

Inhale,

Breathe in deeply,

Breathe out,

And as you breathe out,

Imagine a warm healing light flowing from your hands,

This position activates the third eye chakra,

Which governs your intuition and your inner vision.

Allow this energy to bring clarity and peace,

Releasing any illusions or limiting beliefs that may be.

Feel the outer experiences and emotions trapped in your auric field,

Dissolving into this healing light,

Creating space for life-giving Reiki energy to enter.

In your own time,

Slowly release your hands and prepare to move to the next position.

When you are ready,

Gently place your hands over your temples,

Breathing in deeply and exhaling.

Feel the gentle pressure of your hands,

Bringing comfort and relaxation to the temporal area.

This position encourages balance and harmony,

Releasing stress and tension stored in your mental body.

Allow any negativity or worry to dissipate,

Creating room,

Positive energy and clarity.

When you feel ready,

Gently shift your hands to the back of your head,

Cradling it gently,

Breathing in and out,

Visualizing the healing energy enveloping your occipital region,

Easing any stress and tension.

This position helps release any emotional blockages and stagnant energy related to past experiences.

Allow yourself to sink deeper into this comfort,

Embracing the healing that's unfolding.

I'm gently bringing your hands to your throat chakra,

Resting gently here.

Once again,

Breathing in deeply,

Deeply deeply with that Reiki energy,

And exhaling slowly.

Maybe visualize a blue light,

Representing the throat chakra,

Radiating from your hands,

Opening and clearing your throat chakra.

This energy promotes clear expression and authenticity.

Invite in the courage to speak your truth,

Releasing any fears of judgment or self-doubt that may be trapped in your auric field.

When you're ready,

Moving your hands to your heart chakra,

Placing them over your chest,

Inhaling deeply,

And exhaling.

Visualize a warm,

Glowing green light,

Expanding from your hands into your heart.

This position allows you to open to love and compassion,

Releasing any heartache or emotional baggage that might be weighing you down.

As you breathe,

Feel the energy of forgiveness flowing through you,

Inviting life-giving Reiki energy to fill your heart space.

Now,

When you're ready,

Shifting your hands gently down to the solar plexus area,

Just above your navel,

Breathing in.

As you focus on this center,

Imagine a bright,

Golden light shining so brightly.

This energy empowers you and enhances your self-worth.

Allow any feelings of insecurity,

Shame,

Or self-doubt to be released,

Creating space for confidence and determination.

Feel the life-giving Reiki energy nourishing your personal power.

Next,

Gently place your hands over your sacral chakra,

Located just below your navel.

Inhale deeply,

And exhale.

Now,

Visualize an orange light enveloping this area,

Igniting creativity and joy.

As you hold this position,

Allow any fears and blockages related to pleasure and creativity to dissolve.

Now,

Embrace the fluidity of your emotions,

Inviting healing energy to flow freely,

Enhancing your creative expression.

In your own time,

Place your hands at your root chakra,

Located just below your tailbone,

Breathing in and out.

Feel a red,

Grounding energy flowing through from your hands into the earth,

Anchoring you firmly.

Finally,

This energy promotes a sense of safety and security,

Allowing any feelings of fear,

Anxiety,

Or instability to dissolve into the earth below,

Replaced by a deep sense of grounding and connection.

Now that you have connected with all of your main energy centers and some of your minor energy centers,

Take a moment to invite your intuition to guide you.

Is there any area of your body that needs a little extra attention?

Gently place your hands on these areas,

Allowing Reiki to flow where it's needed most.

Breathe in and out,

Entrust in the healing process,

Releasing any outer experiences that may have influenced your well-being.

As you gently complete this part of the practice,

Let's do a final biosyn scan,

Bringing your awareness back to your body,

Just noticing how the energy feels in each part of you.

Is there a warmth,

A tangling sensation,

Or perhaps a sense of lightness?

Let any messages from your body arise,

Acknowledging them with gratitude.

And taking them into your day with awareness.

Now,

Imagine a soft,

Radiant light surrounding your entire being.

With your hands,

Begin smoothing this energy around your aura.

Picture your hands gently brushing away any lingering heaviness or negative energy.

And as you do this,

Visualize your aura becoming clearer and nice and smooth,

Vibrant and filled with healing energy and light.

Invite in that life-giving energy of Reiki,

Sealing your aura in a protective and loving shield.

Take a moment now to simply bask in the energy that you've cultivated.

Feeling the gratitude swell within you for the healing that you've invited today.

Allow this feeling of thankfulness to fill your entire being,

Appreciating the time that you've taken for yourself.

Well done.

And as we conclude this session,

Take a moment to set a positive intention moving forward.

It could be something that you wish to embrace today,

To release or call into your life.

Speak this intention silently or aloud,

Feeling its power resonate within you.

When you're ready,

Gently bringing back your awareness to the space around you.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes and take a deep breath in.

As you exhale,

Opening your eyes,

Bringing this beautiful energy with you into the rest of your journey.

Today,

Tonight,

This morning,

This afternoon,

Whatever time it is for you,

Bask and hold on to this beautiful energy of Reiki.
