Welcome to this chakra and Reiki healing meditation.

I invite you to begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Beginning by closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths,

Inhaling slowly through your nose to invite relaxation,

Holding at the top of the breath,

And exhaling gently through the mouth to release any feelings that aren't serving you.

In through the nose,

Holding at the top of the breath,

And breathing out as you relax deeper and deeper into this space.

I invite you now to imagine a warm light surrounding you,

Creating a protective and healing energy field.

Feel this light enveloping your whole body,

Making you feel safe and secure.

Now directing your focus to the top of your head,

Where a brilliant violet light shines brightly.

This is your crown chakra,

Connecting you to the divine and spiritual realm.

Feel the violet light expanding,

Opening your mind to a higher consciousness and spiritual enlightenment.

Repeating the mantra in your mind,

I understand,

I understand,

I understand.

I invite you now to shift your awareness to the centre of your forehead,

Where a deep indigo light glows.

This is your third eye chakra,

Associated with intuition and insight.

Notice the indigo light opening,

Enhancing your intuition,

And allowing you to trust your inner wisdom.

Repeat the mantra in your mind,

I see,

I see,

I see,

I see,

I see,

I see,

I see,

I see.

I see.

Now moving your attention to your throat,

Visualising a calm blue light.

This is your throat chakra,

Related to communication and expression.

Imagine the blue light clearing any blockages,

And allowing you to communicate your thoughts and feelings openly and honestly.

Repeating the mantra,

I speak,

I speak.

I speak.

Shifting your focus now to your heart,

Picturing a soothing green light.

This is your heart chakra,

The centre of love and compassion.

Feel the green light expanding,

Filling your heart with love and kindness.

Both for yourself and others.

Repeat the mantra,

I love,

I love.

Now,

Move your awareness to the area above your navel,

Where a bright yellow light shines.

This is your solar plexus,

Associated with confidence and personal power.

Imagine a yellow light growing stronger,

Boosting your self-esteem and your inner strength.

Repeat the mantra,

I empower,

I empower.

I empower.

Shifting your focus now to the area just below your navel,

Visualising a warm orange light radiating from this space.

This is your sacral chakra,

Representing creativity and passion.

Feel the orange light swirling and cleansing,

Unlocking your creative energy.

Repeating the mantra,

I create,

I create,

I create.

Finally,

Directing your attention to the base of your spine,

Envisioning a vibrant red light glowing brightly.

This is your root chakra,

Connecting you to the earth.

Visualise the red light expanding and balancing,

Grounding you to the present moment.

Repeating the mantra,

I am,

I am,

I am.

I am,

I am,

I am.

Take a few moments now to breathe deeply and absorb the energy of all of your balanced chakras.

Feel a sense of harmony and peace flowing through your entire being.

In just a moment,

When you're ready,

I invite you to slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Gently coming back into this space,

Feeling balanced,

Feeling clear,

Feeling free.

Feeling clear,

Feeling grounded and ready to go ahead on your journey.
